On April 15, 2025, Emmanuel Tobi, Founder & COO of the Canadian Hope Transformation Initiative (CHTI), joined passionate volunteers at LifeCentre Ottawa for a heartfelt Easter outreach. Together, they packaged and prepared gift items for 700 inmates and 150 correctional staff at the Ottawa-Carleton Detention Centre (OCDC).
This initiative wasn’t just about gifts—it was about bringing dignity, hope, and the love of Christ to individuals often forgotten during the holidays. From handwritten notes to carefully packed essentials, every gesture spoke of grace, redemption, and second chances.
A powerful partnership between CHTI and LifeCentre Church, this act of service reminds us that even behind prison walls, hope lives and healing begins.
